A delegates of seventeen scholars from Seoul University of Buddhism in Korea visited Sri Lanka on 13th of January 2026 in order to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with Nagananda International Institute for Buddhist Studies, Sri Lanka. They were cordially welcomed by Venerable Dr. Bodaga Chandima Nayaka Thero, Vice Chancellor and Deans of the Faculties. The team of delegates was led by Associate Professor Jun Young Jeong, Head of the Department of Buddhist Studies and Director, Institute for Buddhism and Psychology of that university.
