The Presentations made by candidates of MPhil. and Ph.D. in Buddhist Studies Research Programmes on 28th January 2026 from 1.00 p.m. – 3.30 p.m. in Nāgānanda International Institute for Buddhist Studies.
The chair of the panel was Emeritus Prof. Asanga Tilakaratne – Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies. As well as Ven. Dr. Dampe Vijitharathana Thera – Deputy Vice Chancellor and Dean of the Faculty of Buddhist Studies, Dr. D.D. Senadheera – Scientific Assistant of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, and Mr. Suneth Bandara – Head of the Department of Pali and Buddhist Studies, as members of the panel.
Also, Venerable Maha Sangha, academics, foreign and local postgraduate students participated for this occasion.
These research presentations created an engaging platform for meaningful scholarly dialogue and academic exchange in the field of Buddhist Studies.
